I like the first one more, but maybe have the outer circle connected and the inner circle not connected. But the first one is my pick

In like with the others commenting, I'm certainly more inclined to say that I prefer the first version. Make sure you share more of your designs with us @otisbooard

You might be able to find something similar to use as a base image and then add the text, by searching for Handbrake Icon?
