What site would you like to own?

If you could own any type of website, what would it be? A thriving discussion forum, a viral content platform, a niche e-commerce store, or maybe something entirely new? If you know any examples, feel free to mention them.

What would your site focus on, and how would you make it stand out?

I'd love to own a platform like Quora, to have a large community where people are asking questions to anything and everything with others sharing their knowledge. I think we have a few platforms like this already, so I've never really tried my hand at making one. Still would be cool. Honestly I would probably pick a different layout format than the other answer and question platforms, they are all similar to Reddit and have upvotes/downvotes which is okay but having a community like this on a traditional forum layout would be more organized and easier to navigate IMO.

I think that would be Facebook. It is a great platform except that they are making money from user generated content and those who create content are not properly compensated. They have higher requirement for content monetization. I would lower it, I would also work on a profit sharing model where users make 75 percent revenue. I would integrate a feature where users would be allowed to create a hosted website that they could use for forum, blog, and online store.

In all seriousness, I'd want to own a site I am passionate about and can relate to. However, I don't care to own a massive site with endless traffic. I would want a medium-sized site. In the same sense, it would be nice to monetize the site to earn some extra cash.
