To be able to create a customer-centric business model, the business person need to look at what the customer wants in every decision that you take concerning the business. It is always important to look at it from that angle as that is what is going to help your business focus more on the customer when taking decisions. What are the other ways that you can achieve that?

It entails focussing and designing the business around customer needs and fostering strong relationships, which can be done through open communication. One thing I do is make sure to deliver exceptional experiences and also go above and beyond to satisfy my customers. Another thing is measuring your success to ensure a sustainable business. I measure my success rate through customer retention and loyalty, and I have seen considerable growth.
