focus on the client who wants to make a project and how the client wants the project to be short, concise and clear, if we have input or suggestions we must know it so that the client agrees or not.
The first and most important thing is that you choose a means of communication that's going to be easy for you to engage with your client as quickly as possible. It's wrong to keep your client waiting for too long when they are trying to reach you.
Listening to my clients has also proven to be an effective means of communication. Hearing what they have to stay, even if it doesn't make much sense, can give me insights into what they are expecting from me.
