Hello, I am interested in creating a General Community for the broad debate of Users. I need the following members below

1-: Developer (1) Responsible for the modifications in the template and codes.

2-: Moderator 👨‍⚖️ Global (2) In charge of the general Moderation of the Forum and the Moderators.

3-: Moderator 👨‍⚖️ (3) in charge of the Moderation of specific assigned categories.

Please, real interested parties, I will start the project as soon as I have the staff.

I'll explain. Most, if not everyone here, is running or in other ways involved, in a forum. There are only 24 hours in the day. So why should I come and moderate your forum for you? What are you offering for my time? Money? Other perks? It's totally okay to ask for staff - and I wish you well - but if you want people to take you up on your offer they may wish to know what they will get in return, even if that's just a warm fuzzy feeling.

At the moment I don't have to pay for the service I'm offering for anyone who has the interest to moderate for my Forum. But if things flow with the development of the site as time goes by, it is possible that I can do things with my team so that they have profits which will be distributed among them because for me personally it is not of any interest to obtain monetization or profits.

Being considered mere 'equipment' instead of being a person and reading that you "don't have to pay for work" for a concept still only on a napkin,.... well, is kind of a big turn off for any serious staff enthusiest. Especially when your needs are for equipment to build a website that the owner has no interest to monetize.

I in particular have no interest in monetizing, and in case at some point the Forum can begin to bear fruit that money was distributed in equal parts among the staff team
