How often do you write new content for your websites?

Do you create new content for your sites everyday? How often do you contribute to your sites with fresh content?

I like to add content to my one site at least a few times per day, usually more. It depends if I have members posting, and if any posts require my attention.

I don’t create new content everyday, I try to update my site regularly like a couple of times a week, depending how busy I am with my projects. I focus more on quality then quantity to be honest.

Well, I really try as much as possible to get new contents on my websites everyday or whenever I can. If it's not a new thread or topic, I will reply the existing discussions that's going on.
