2. Earn Credits: Every order you complete earns you the credits divided by your team members.
3. Cash Out: Exchange your credits for real money whenever you're ready. Example:
   1. 2,500 credits = $25 USD
   2. 5,000 credits = $50 USD
   3. Or more.
