Interesting, I see you went with Discourse instead of Invision this time around. Any particular reason why? Just curious is all! Good luck with your forum!
Want to work with it. Especially the AI that's now included. It is very different to when I had a site on it a few years ago.
Can you explain for how the AI is integrated?
The basic AI is invoked when you start a topic. You start a new topic or reply to existing topic and there is an icon that you click. A box pops up so you can ask AI to summarize the topic or reply to the topic. It's a little clunky like that.
I installed a chatbot and it can be invoked by @ mentioning it or you can set it up to peply to all topics in a specific forum or forums. I am in the process of setting it up. Once it's set up I'll post so you can test it.
There are also several automated tasks that can be set up. I'm only scratching the surface with it. This is really powerful stuff. It supports multiple apis too. I'm using OpenAI and Google.
I got it turned on in one forum to reply to each thread. It's a test. The rest you @ mention it and it will respond. I seem to have hit the rate limit of openai. Have to bump up my tier.
