Administration
Greetings @everyone !

We’ve been discussing a new event behind the scenes and we’re finally excited to announce a new monthly initiative to celebrate the incredible work of our community leaders: the Admins in Action spotlight!

Each month, we’ll showcase one inspiring admin who has made a positive impact in their community. This is your chance to nominate someone whose story deserves to be told!

Here’s how it works:

  • We’ll host a live event featuring the selected admin, where we’ll ask them questions about their journey, successes, challenges, and tips for managing and growing communities.
  • Once our questions are done, the floor will open up to member-submitted questions for a more interactive discussion.
  • After the event concludes, we’ll compile the highlights into an overview and post it in our Articles section, so the whole community can learn from their insights.

Who would you like to see featured in our Admins in Action spotlight? Share your nominations below! If you’d like to nominate anonymously, you can DM me the name. :)

Together, we can continue to empower and inspire each other as admins.

Thanks!

This is such an exciting initiative! I absolutely love the idea of celebrating community leaders and learning from their experiences. I'd be thrilled to participate in the Admins in Action spotlight, whether by nominating someone or engaging in the event. It’s a fantastic way to bring the community closer and share valuable insights! Bravo 👏

I'd like to nominate Cory! :D His dedication to jCodes, his thoughtfulness and his contributions to the jcink community have been very inspiring!

I'm glad you feel that way, and thanks for the nomination. :)

I'll nominate @Shawn Gossman because he seems very involved with online communities and has experience with many different forum software.

I'd also like to nominate @Cpvr :) He is probably one of the oldest forum owners I know, in terms of my years of experience not his age LOL but for as long as I've known him, he's always been friendly and helpful.

Great nominations everyone! Keep them coming. Perhaps we'll setup a poll to do the final decision.
