Administrata+: pre-Administrata Pro are now billed annually?

It looks like as a previous Administrata Pro member, I was rolled into Administrata+. However, the subscription I had was billed monthly. It looks like Pro members were automatically rolled into a Plus subscription that is billed annually.



While agreeable that this saves, it's kind of a "bait and switch". I will have to cancel the + annual as my date approaches and subscribe monthly as I'm more comfortable managing monthly payments as opposed to forgetting about annual subscriptions.

If this is the case, you should alert all Pro members as they may not be expecting their next bill to be $25 (or have the funds).

(Only viewable to Plus members) which explains our reasoning, the cheaper service, an additional perk. And the recommendation to cancel your subscription since this is still applied to the old price, which is a dollar more / mo.

We didn’t change the subscription. We can’t add or remove the value of your current subscription. We can only change the usergroup name.

So we don’t suddenly bill our Plus members 2.49 nor 24.90. They are still paying 3.49 as previously.

So if you do nothing, you will be charged 3.49 at the end date, per month as per your old subscription.

I don’t really understand why you’d make this thread, unless you aren’t able to see my DM (which was a group conversation). But I know for a fact that you have read the conversation and the thread about this.

It’s not nice of you to say this is bait and switch. If anything we are the most transparent we can be.
