Yeah, it does sadden me... while Reddit is one of the least bad social media platforms IMO, it just can't replace a good old forum. Favorite aspect of running an online community?
For me, it's all the lovely people I meet and make friends with - and in a much cosier community environment than I'll ever find on social media! Learning new things, from people who are passionate about the subjects they're talking about, is another aspect I enjoy.- Kyng

General What's your take on members without an avatar?
Doesn't bother me at all, TBH: I do think an avatar is nice to have, and it helps me to form a connection if there is one, but if somebody chooses not to use one (or just sticks with the default one), I don't really notice.- Kyng
