Not just the 15,000 posts mark, but recently we passed the 500 registered members mark too, which is great news and goes to show how far Administrata's reach is becoming. I can only hope our pace of growth continues and we hit the 1,000 member milestone by the end of the year. :)- fdk

How do you handle conflicts between staff members and users?
I've never had any serious issues as a forum admin between staff and regular members. Should Members Be Allowed to Vote on Rule Changes?

Ethics Are Moderation Logs Necessary for Transparency?

Engagement How do you measure the success of community events?
I used to run regular events on my football forum, most of which would either coincide with huge events on the football calendar (world cup, last day of the season, finals, etc), or as my forum developed and got bigger, I'd focus more on running some contests and events during the "close season"...- fdk
