Flippa is one of the best platforms I know it's very easy for you to get into the business of domain flipping. I don't know if it's because there's flip in the name of it 😂..(joking)
Paid posting forums used to be a big deal some years ago but not anymore by my observation. Most of the popular paid posting website have gone into extinction.
I have used Fiverr, Upwork and SEOclerks. They are the biggest freelancing websites I've used over the years. I have had more success on SEOclerks more than the others.
No, I don't have any experience with buying and selling website but I know some people who do it and I've closely worked with at least 2 persons. It's a very profitable business if you know how to do it. One of them usually sell his own by listing it on Flippa.
Forum or website management isn't a one man job. This is why having staff members to work together with is very important. You can't be able to do the job alone.
So, when you're starting out your new community, how many staff members is ideal for you to kick things off?
It's true what you've just mentioned. I was a victim once but on a different freelance website called SEOclerks. I ended up losing $60 job which I took on trust working for a client I've worked with for nearly 2 years.
You're right about that. I think it was a problem that started with the merging because it was happening on Forumexplorers.com before the merge took place and AJ started having the same issue.

Promotional forums have been tipped as the best place to promote websites but what other places do you think promotion gets positive results?
There are so many forum software which webmasters can use to set up their community but if I should choose my own personal favourite, it's definitely going to be XenForo. Even though it's paid and expensive, the features it offers is worth the money.
What's your favorite forum software?
It depends on a lot of things like the monetization tactics that you're using, activities on your forum and so much more. My friend started making money in his first week but it wad just a few cents.
One of the features I love so much in forums is when I get a mail whenever someone sends me a DM or even get notifications when someone comment on a thread I'm watching. It helps me come online immediately if it's something urgent.
Forums that are not set this way makes me miss out on DM which...
