    I never had that happen with a forum, but I had that happen with a Facebook group, because of one of my staff members that I removed. I crushed that group, it no longer exists.

    I try to make sure I always have backups. It's extremely important, especially if your site has a ton of content/members. I have lost my site in the past due to not taking regular backups, I'll never let it happen again. Has it happened to you?

    I never said everyone, but I won't go back and forth here. Good luck with your merges. I'm not hating. I do wish you success, but I don't see how merging smaller communities helps, and I stand on that.

    I just got rid of my only moderator, so yes I believe I'm capable. I also don't have much of a social life outside of my community, so I got a lot of time to dedicate to it. With that being said. I do have friends I seek for advice if I need it. I often trust @Cpvr for his experience.
