Team Building My Staff Is Super Lazy – What should I do?
Ask them to be more active. If not find a new staff member. I don't mind if my staff don't post a lot, but I do require them to have an active presence in my community.- Bawse

Is managing more than one forum too much?
Forums take a lot of dedication. I think a lot of forum owners have too many forums, and they should focus on one forum. I do have two forums, but I definitely focus on one forum more than the other.- Bawse

Marketing Does your staff help you promote your websites?
Right now it's only me and @Cpvr on my staff. I need to be very cautious with who I bring on my team. Reputation is everything in the gambling niche. He does help me advertise my forum, and teaches me tricks with SEO to help me rank my site.- Bawse

Would you sell your forum if you got a reasonable offer?
My forum is bigger than money. I'd turn down big offers for my poker forum if I receive any in the future. I want to see my goals through, and always own my community.
